Shipping Information

UK postage is free on all orders over £80 on 5 & 7 day plans. All meals are delivered on a Sunday.

Eco systems logistics handle all London deliveries. DPD are our nationwide couriers. 

We use a next day service to deliver our packages "in temperature controlled packaging", keeping your food chilled for up to 48 hours. 

You will receive an allocated time slot on the morning of your delivery. 

Please be aware that once your parcel has been collected by the couriers, we are unable to change delivery addresses, so please be sure to check and confirm your order. 

We advise all customers to be available to accept parcels during your allocated time slot, however you do have the option to request your parcel to be left in a safe place with a neighbour. 

Most deliveries are issue free, however if any problems do occur please email info@scoffmeals.com within 48hours and a member of the team will be happy to help.
