How much will it cost?

Pricing varies according the meal plan.

We have a minimum order of 6 meals.

Allergies

If you have an allergy, you are responsible for checking our website before placing an order to ensure that a product does not contain a relevant allergen to you. If you are not sure, please contact us at info@scoffmeals.com.

Every Wednesday at 9pm we generate a random order of meals for the following week, please check the order generation of meals and change for meals you wish you receive.

All of the packaging for our products is labelled to show any allergen advice, but please note that our Products may contain allergens including, peanuts, eggs, soybeans, fish, crustaceans, lactose, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and sulphites, lupin and molluscs.

All Products are packed in a facility that handles nuts. Any severe allergy sufferers should contact us before placing an order.

How will i know what each meal contains?

All full list of ingredients, macros and calorie counts can be found on the food containers.

Do you offer Halal food?

All of our meat and poultry is Halal certified.

Will I need to prepare my food?

Your meals will arrive freshly cooked and ready to eat, please follow the storing and heating instructions listed on your containers.

Please note that our meals have a 5 day fridge life up until Friday. If you have purchased a 7 day plan please freeze Saturday and Sundays meals meals upon delivery to preserve them and keep them fresh.

All breakfast oat pots have a 3 day fridge life, if you plan on eating the oat pots after the 3 days you can freeze them. To defrost, take one out of the freezer the night before you want it and pop it in the fridge - it will be ready for you in the morning

How long do the meals last?

Please note that our meals have a 5 day fridge life up until Friday. If you have purchased a 7 day plan please freeze Saturday and Sundays meals meals upon delivery to preserve them and keep them fresh.

To defrost, simply take out of the freezer the night before and pop in the fridge to defrost overnight.

Can I freeze the meals?

We recommend that you freeze meals on day of delivery if you aren’t planning on eating them in the recommended best before date on the food boxes.

You can freeze meals for up to 60 days.

How do I heat my meals? Can i heat in the oven?

Meals can be heated in both the Oven and Microwave (in the biodegradable containers).

All heating instructions are found on the food boxes.

(please remove plastic lids if heating in the oven)

How do subscriptions work ?

The minimum subscription term is one week, which is paid for when you place your first order.

Payments for subscriptions are taken every Wednesday at mid day, you have from (Thursday to Wednesday ) each week to make any changes to your meal plan (Change meals, delivery address, pause or cancel).

Once payment has been received your order is locked in for delivery.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription by simply logging into your account. if you require any assistance with this please email us at info@scoffmeals.com and a member of the team will kindly help you.

You can not pause the first week of your subscription (once the first payment has been made your order will be locked in for delivery for the following Sunday). To pause your first week please email info@scoffmeals.com

How do I change meals in my subscription or prepaid orders?

Please login to your account to amend your order before mid- day every Wednesday, and select the meals you wish to receive.

Delivery Price?

We offer a free UK delivery on orders over £100

Please note that if you have 2 subscriptions under one account and they exceed the £100 threshold, you will qualify for free delivery.

How does the food get delivered?

All meals are delivered on a Sunday for the week ahead.

- DPD are our nationwide couriers.
- Packfleet are our London based couriers.

We use a next day service to deliver our packages "in temperature controlled packaging", keeping your food chilled for up to 48 hours.

You will receive an allocated time slot on the morning of your delivery.

Can I track my parcel?

Please download the DPD app to track your parcel.

What if I’m not going to be home?

If you are not available to accept your delivery, you have the option to request your parcel to be left in a safe place of with a neighbour.

Please try to be home to accept your parcel as we do not offer refunds for parcels that have been lost or stolen once they have been delivered.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across mainland UK via a next day service (we ship our meal plans out every Saturday and to be delivered on Sundays)

What days do you deliver?

We deliver every Sunday, ready for Monday start.

Order deadline?

Our order deadline is 9pm every Wednesday for Sunday delivery.

How can I change my delivery address?

Simply login to your account and amend your shipping address

Please be aware that once your parcel has been collected by the couriers, we are unable to change delivery addresses, so please be sure to check and confirm your order.

Ive ordered 7 days worth of food , but the use by date only last until Friday!

My meals haven't been delivered! My food arrived damaged!

Do not worry we will get this resolved for you, please email us at info@scoffmeals.com within 24 hours

Please send pictures of damaged meals along with your email.

How do I recycle my containers?

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at Scoff.

Our BePulp packaging is made from fiber of plant origin, its eco-friendly and compostable. Please dispose the base of containers & breakfast pots directly into the rubbish waste.

Container lids and Snack sleeves are recyclable PET, making them 100% recyclable, please dispose into your general recycled waste.
