As our products are fresh perishable goods, we do not accept returns.
Please note that if there is an issue with your order, do get in touch with us immediately at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to resolve things for you.
If your items have been damaged during transit please do provide us with images and if approved we will process a refund and a credit note will be added to your account and deducted off your next order.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for orders that are delayed due to circumstances out of our control. In this instance, we will resend your order the following week but a refund will not be issued. we will have your order/resent on our next delivery day.
We kindly ask all customers to be available to accept your delivery during your allocated time slot, as we do not offer refunds on orders that have been lost or stolen.
However you do have the option to request your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at your own risk.
